I visited Guangzhou in mid-November and Suzhou in early December.
Although Japan–China relations are somewhat cloudy at the moment, the weather was bright during my trip, and our business discussions progressed smoothly.

Invited by the Tongji University Alumni Association in Japan, I gave a talk on practical topics such as establishing a company in Japan and residency status procedures, as well as recent developments in Japan’s immigration and foreign-resident policies.

I had the honor of serving as a lecturer at a study session of the Changjiang Business School Japanese Alumni Association.
During the session, we discussed how companies should thoughtfully consider their social contributions in Japan when expanding their business here.

We have successfully held the Trial Seminar for the Japan–China Mutual Understanding Project. The venue was fully booked, and we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated. We will continue refining the program and organizing similar events in the future.

On October 19, we participated in the “Kids Discovery Fair” held at the Kyoto Art & Technology Village to support one of our client’s business projects. Visitors enjoyed experiencing indoor hydroponic cultivation technology.

Attended the 2025 Japan-China New Technology Pitch & Networking Event and held the Lecture on Promoting Understanding of Investment in Japan at the China–Netherlands (Suzhou) Science and Innovation.

Recently, some people have reported receiving suspicious emails that impersonate our representative, Fukuda. These are so-called “spoofing” emails, in which the sender name displayed in the email is forged to make it appear as if the message is coming from a trusted source.

If you receive an email showing the sender as Representative Fukuda, please make sure to check the full email address. Our official email domains are @benchwork50.jp and @action5.jp. If the sending address does not match these domains, do not click any links or open any attachments in the email. Instead, mark it as spam and delete it completely.

Please note that our official email and website are currently operating normally and securely, so there is no cause for concern.

As part of Ritsumeikan University’s collaborative research project, I visited Taiwan. Additionally, I participated in the “Business Networking Event” expo organized by Art & Technology Village Kyoto.

Our partner NIUSIA is continuously enhancing its lineup of AI technologies. Thanks to the support of stakeholders from government agencies in both Japan and China, as well as old friends and new ones, our matchmaking efforts are steadily progressing.

We held an online seminar on company establishment and residency status systems in Japan. We will continue to hold such seminars regularly in the future.

I had the honor of giving a lecture on the Japanese economy and Japan-China relations at an event related to Fudan University.

I visited Nanjing, Suzhou, and Shanghai. This trip made me realize that there is still much to be done in areas such as medicine, healthcare, and interregional exchange.

I had the honor of serving as the host for the “10 Years of Crafting Innovation, Creating the Future Together – 2025 Japan-China Innovation Day” event. Congratulations to Jiangxin on its 10th anniversary!

The review for the “Medical” status of residence has been completed and approved. A Chinese nurse will be employed at a hospital in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. We wish them all the best as they gain new experiences in Japan and thrive in various fields!

As part of the Japan tour for Chinese SaaS companies organized by Takumi Innovators and Linkloud, I had the opportunity to give a seminar on “Company Establishment and Visa Status in Japan.”
